Let’s connect in a video conference to check-in with each other and have an intelligent discussion with a presentation and related guided meditation. It’s also a great way to meet other women in our community from all around France.

Each month we will focus on a different topic related to personal development and growth.

The general format is:
– start with a check-in to see how each person is feeling and coping
– open up to the topic of the month with a brief presentation discussion by myself or a guest speaker
– a short guided meditation focused on the day’s topic to end the presentation
– finish with an open discussion on the topic
